At Legacy Home Inspections, we have a team of certified inspectors focused on providing the best service possible. Our family has a long history of working together to provide our customers with an excellent experience. We understand how stressful the home buying and selling process can be for all parties. Our goal is to make the home inspection part of the process smooth, simple and timely for each customer. It is our commitment to send you inspection reports within 24 hours of completion.

Dave Johnson
CERTIFIED INSPECTOR
Dave has an unwavering commitment to working hard for each customer we serve. His vast knowledge of home structure and construction, and his keen eye for detail sets him apart. His mission is to help people make informed decisions about their homes, one inspection at a time.
Dave’s motto is, “I don’t work all the time, but I’m willing to work any time.” He knows that timely inspections are crucial in the home-buying process and he wants to make sure that you feel informed and confident in the buying process. Sometimes that means inspections must take place in the evening or on the weekend and he’s ready to help.
Mike Black
CERTIFIED INSPECTOR
With 20+ years of experience in customer service, upper management and overseeing hundreds of employees it’s given Mike many opportunities to learn the value of establishing and building long term business relationships.
You may see Dave, Mike, and Malachi work together on-site at each inspection to ensure that your home is thoroughly inspected and documented properly.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys being a youth mentor, firing up the grill for summer BBQ’s, and time with the family.
Malachi Black
CERTIFIED INSPECTOR
Malachi loves being a part of a team and using his skillset to help customers make informed purchase decisions. He understands the value of a thorough inspection report and its importance in home buying.
His experience in customer service is a valuable addition to the team, and his “can-do” attitude is infectious.
He and his wife, Koralee, are expecting their first baby in October.
Nicole Black
OPERATIONS MANAGER
When it comes time to purchase a home, Nicole has an understanding of the entire process from start to finish. With over 20 years of experience working in the homebuilding and mortgage industries, she understands the importance of a thorough home inspection and how it fits into the purchase process.
Nicole works hard in the office to ensure that every step of the home inspection is smooth - from scheduling to payment processing to communication and inspection report delivery.
On weekends, you can find Nicole hosting friends and family for game nights and spending time with her husband and their two children.
